A celebration of gastronomic excellence, French artistry, and immersive Saudi luxury

The Red Sea, Saudi – October 10, 2025 - Caviar Club concluded its seventh edition at Desert Rock, The Red Sea, delivering an intimate evening where world-class cuisine, design artistry, and Saudi hospitality converged in a dramatic desert setting.

Michelin-starred chef Akrame Benallal led a bespoke menu that honored French technique while drawing on Saudi flavors including sumac and black lemon. Guests savored signature selections from Prunier Caviar and dined with the refined service ritual of Christofle tableware, bringing Parisian elegance to the sandstone heart of Desert Rock. The evening welcomed more than 30 invitees, including tastemakers and creators such as Nabilla and Thomas Vergara, Lufy, and Cindy Miranda. 

Set within striking rock formations, Desert Rock offered privacy, serenity, and architecture shaped in dialogue with the landscape. The resort’s setting underscored The Red Sea’s leadership in design-led travel and regenerative principles, welcoming discerning travelers while protecting the surrounding environment.

Chef Akrame Benallal added: “The first time I came to Saudi was ten years ago, and I felt a country and its people on the cusp of a magnificent transformation. Here I am, ten years later, in this unbelievable setting at Desert Rock, I served a dinner inspired by the aesthetic of the land, composed in six acts and grounded in Saudi ingredients to tell a story through taste.”

The successful seventh edition positions Desert Rock as a design-forward resort within The Red Sea.
